How to get a sleep study?

Scheduling a Sleep Study
In order to get a sleep study at one of our locations, you will need a referral from a physician. This referral may come directly from your primary care physician or you may visit one of our physicians. Your primary care physician may actually elect to send you to one of our physicians before setting up a sleep study anyway. Once it is determined that you are a candidate for a sleep study, the physician seeing you will fax us a referral for the sleep study (763-512-1560). They can use their own referral form or contact us to get a specific Sleep Study referral form.

We will then contact you to set up a sleep study and/or a consultation with one of our physicians if requested by your primary care physician. We can generally get you in within 2 or 3 weeks and sometimes earlier if you are willing to come in on short notice. Once you have a sleep study date, we will send you a map to our facility and some additional information on what to expect during you sleep study. With the map, there will also be some paperwork for you to fill out and bring in with you the night of your study.
